
At the turn of the 60-70s of the last century in the Soviet Union, special attention was paid to the training of technical specialists. They were needed in the world of active development of science and the conquest of space. The outstanding mathematician Orymbekzhautykov, like no one else, realized the need for the development of school physical and mathematical education in Kazakhstan. Thanks to his insistence in Alma-Ate in 1972 the Republican School of Physics and Mathematics was opened.
The students of the Russian Academy of Sciences have always been close and friendly with each other. The work went so bad that in 2008 the deputies decided to go further and created the school board of trustees, in which there were 24 participants.

This made it possible to make the training program more flexible, and the decision-making process more operational. Within the framework of the NAO, a full-fledged board of directors was created, working on the principles of corporate governance: three hundred years it holds its meetings, at which the director of the educational institution presents his reports. The SD consisted of representatives of the government, the autonomous educational organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” (LLC “NIS”), businessmen and teachers. Moreover, in the Russian Federation it was necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of training on KPI indicators. Among the parameters — assessment of ENT scores, international exams TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, the number of graduates who entered the best schools.
Half of the shares of the converted NAO School Board of Directors decided to transfer to the system “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools”. According to Kanieva, in this way the RFSM conveyed the experience of NIS in the field of academic freedom, trilingualism, related subjects. At the same time, the physicist preserved his own traditions in teaching traditional for this school of science.
All these were transferred to the first such experiment in Kazakhstan. The main novelty of the last year was the opening of the branch of the Russian Federation of Foreign Affairs in Astana. The new educational institution was the result of the support of graduates and cooperation with NIS. Gabitbakhmetov, a graduate of the prestigious Duke University with more experience in the field of education, was appointed director of the school. The teacher was wanted all over Kazakhstan. In the fifth grade, schoolchildren learn programming languages, master the skills of critical thinking. Within the framework of the Astana State Academy of Sciences, there is even an investigative, so-called edutainment (from the English Education and Entertainment - the author) center, which studies the educational component in various games. All this served to the rapid growth of the popularity of the school. As a result of the competition, 884 students were recruited in the first grade of the 10th grade. 200 of them are studying under the grant.
There is still a lot of planning in the board of directors of the Russian Federation. In the opinion of the adviser to the chairman of the committee of the Trustees Council of Bahytaospanova, the school has everything necessary for constant consultation. He, like Berikkanev, believes that the experience of participation of graduates in life physics can serve as an example for all Kazakh schools.
