Urmantayev Nurken Temirkhanovich
He was born in 1980 in Kyzyl-Orda.
In August 2004, he graduated from Ankara University with a degree in international relations.
In February 2005, he was drafted into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an officer in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
