On May 21, the 8th “My Win” Children's Triathlon Championship took place at the CSKA Sports and Training Complex, in which 160 children took part. It is important to note that all these children are students from boarding schools No. 10 and No. 17, the 5th correctional boarding school with hearing and speech disorders, as well as children from the Sport Without Borders parasport team.

This sporting event was organized by the “My Win” project team, represented by the founder of the project, President of the Champ1on Foundation, Lyubov Park.

The judging team was represented by world-class masters of sports -

Evgeny Azariev (MSMK Swimming, Ironman), Dmitry Khan (MS RK Swimming, Ironman), Alexander Men (Ministry of Swimming of the Republic of Kazakhstan). And the grand opening of the competition was held by Dmitry Balandin, Kazakh swimmer, 2016 Olympic champion, three-time champion of the 2014 Asian Games, winner of the 2015 Universiade!

The triathlon championship consisted of several stages: aquathlon distances - 100 m swimming and 1 km running; triathlete distances — 100 m swimming, 4 km cycling and 1 km running; “My Win” triathlete distances - super sprint - 300 m swimming, 8 km cycling and 2 km running.

The large-scale annual project “My Win” with the support of the private fund “CHAMP1ON” was created in 2018 at the initiative of Lyubov Park.

This project is aimed at promoting and developing triathlon and cycling sports in Kazakhstan. The main audience for promoting a healthy lifestyle is children from boarding schools for low-income families, orphanages and special children. The project provides equal opportunities for these guys so that they can achieve high sports results and become participants in a major sports project under the guidance of experienced coaches who are participants in the legendary IRONMAN international project.
