Rufat Rozybakiev and Qanay Elmurat competed in the individual U17 Super Sprint competition.
As always, it was an interesting race in the fight for absolute leadership. This was the children's second open water start. The guys did their best, as it was a challenge for each of them personally, and they also sincerely wanted to bring victory to their team!
All the students of the “MY Win” project participated in the TEMIRADAM Triathlon Cup, the Kazakhstan Triathlon Championship, and IRONMAN is ahead of them.
In general, triathlon is growing in popularity every year along with other sports. Triathlon helps children get a comprehensive and varied approach to sports from a young age. The combination of running, swimming and cycling enables young athletes to work out endurance, speed and perseverance efficiently and profitably. Triathlon classes also develop coordination, muscle strength and discipline.
The benefits that children get from triathlon are the harmonious development of the body and muscle strength. Children develop the ability to correctly calculate their strength, increase the body's overall endurance and develop concentration and attention. All this helps children stay in good physical shape, which is very important for a growing body.
