Riviera International School by Quantum opened its doors in Astana on August 31. Minister of Education Gani Beisembayev and Mayor of Astana Zhenis Kasymbek took part in the opening ceremony of the new school.

The school is located in an ecologically clean area, in close proximity to Triathlon Park and the Ishim River coast. This is the second educational project along with Quantum Stem School, implemented as a result of a collaboration between BI Group and Lancaster Group. The school will provide an International Baccalaureate (IB) program for students from grades 0 to 11, recognized in 125 countries and over 2,700 institutions around the world. This program prepares graduates for admission to top universities in the world.

“Modern society and the professions of the future require educational institutions to train graduates who are flexible, open to new challenges, who can easily integrate ideas, look for innovative solutions and interact with others. The IB program we have chosen puts students at the center of all stages, their comprehensive development and the achievement of their maximum potential,” said Bauyrzhan Uzakpay, Principal of the School.
