The ANA UYI Public Foundation is a charitable foundation that has been operating since 2013 to prevent social orphanhood and reduce the number of children entering orphanages every year. The Foundation works for the well-being of children and society, and implements a number of socially significant areas, such as:
“Mom's House” resource centers help women who find themselves in difficult life situations and intend to abandon their child;
“National Adoption Agency” - legal and psychological assistance to citizens who want to adopt a child from an orphanage into their families;
“Balazhan” is a program for transforming children's boarding schools, and reorienting employees of institutions from maintaining children to promoting family accommodation.
Berik Kaniev is a member of the Board of Trustees of the ANA UYI Public Foundation (Mother's House) and has been financing the Foundation since 2018.
