The Nurlan Kapparov Public Foundation was founded in 2005 by Kazakh statesman and businessman Nurlan Kapparov to support gifted children, children from low-income families and disabled children.

The mission of the Foundation is to implement social programs with the joint participation of non-profit organizations, the Kazakh business community, government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international organizations.


At the moment, in addition to targeted assistance, the fund is implementing 2 projects:


  1. The “School” project is aimed at providing opportunities for gifted children and children from low-income families to receive quality education. The project is being implemented in the village of Atbulak, Turkestan region.

  2. The “Senim-Umit” project is being implemented in the village of Urzhar, Abay region. The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive medical, social and pedagogical assistance to children with physical disabilities.
