
The Nurlan Kapparov Scholarship is aimed at supporting Harvard Kennedy School of Public Administration (HKS) students in memory of statesman and businessman Nurlan Kapparov, a 2003 graduate (MC/MPA), and his good legacy at HKS.
Created on the initiative of Nurlan Kapparov's wife, Gaukhar Kapparova, and his close friends - Berik Kaniev, Yuri Pak and Yerbolat Dossayev, the scholarship will be awarded on a competitive, evaluative basis to admitted applicants from Kazakhstan who meet all the relevant selection criteria for the Kennedy School of Public Administration and enroll in one of the graduate programs at HKS.
