At various times, Berik Kaniyev held senior positions in oil refining companies such as KBK Corporation, Neko Ltd and Kazakhoil.

Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lancaster Group, where he oversees strategic management. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Tin One Mining.

Berik Kaniev graduated from Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Duke University with an MBA. In 2024, he received a diploma from Harvard Business School in the Owner/President Management program.

Gauhar Kapparova is the founder and President of G&G Glamour, which represents world-famous brands on the Kazakh market. Gauhar has considerable experience in the luxury and premium segment.

Gauhar Kapparova was the editor-in-chief of L'Officiel Kazakhstan magazine, and is currently the editor of LUX magazine, London, England.

Currently, she is one of the shareholders of the Lancaster Group holding.

Gauhar Kapparova graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in International Economic Relations and the National Higher School of Public Administration. She also graduated from Harvard Business School.

Over the years, Venera Barzamova held the position of Financial Director of Lancaster Group. She worked as the chief accountant of the mining company "Syrymbet", and also worked in the companies "KBK Corporation" and "DALA TV Company", where she gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Today he is the president of JSC "Lancaster Group Kazakhstan".

Venera Barzamova graduated from Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov and the University of International Business (UIB).
