Urmantaev Nurken Temirkhanovich
He was born in 1980 in the city of Kyzyl-Orda.
In August 2004, he graduated from Ankara University with a degree in International Relations.
In February 2005, he was called up to serve in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an officer in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In January 2012, he was appointed to the post of assistant military attache at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United States in Washington.
In 2016-2017, he worked in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after which, from 2017 to 2020, he held the position of Adviser at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Turkey in Ankara
He is fluent in English and Turkish.
He is married and has three children.
