40 families from socially vulnerable groups received targeted aid from Lancaster Group management during the quarantine period
Our company "Lancaster Group Kazakhstan" has always tried to help its compatriots in difficult moments, and this time during the declared emergency regime due to the spread of coronovirus infection, the management of our company provided charitable aid to families from socially vulnerable segments of the population of Almaty and Almaty region.
We conducted our monitoring of charitable foundations and volunteer organizations in Almaty, and contacted some of the volunteer organizations that provide direct targeted assistance to those in need. As a result, the volunteer organization "Dobro v Almaty" was selected, which passed a list of 40 families consisting of single mothers with many children, low-income families and pensioners with disabilities. It should be noted that many administrators of volunteer organizations say that aid mainly reaches families in the city, the complexity of food delivery, due to restrictions on transport and pedestrian movement, is behind the roadblocks in the area that is most in need. Despite the difficulties with supplying families in need, the company managed to convey its concern and aid in the form of a food basket consisting of basic necessities.
