The Kazakhstan Golf Federation has launched a Children's golf school in Almaty and the regions of Kazakhstan

The Kazakhstan Golf Federation has launched a Children's Golf School on the initiative and with the support of the President of the Golf Federation of Kazakhstan - Berik Kaniyev. The golf school opened its doors to 600 children at the NURTAU and Zhailjau golf clubs in Almaty, at the Burabai Golf Club in Shchuchinsk, at the Astana Golf Club in Astana, and sports schools in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Kostanay.

The 2023 season will run from June 1 to October 31 this year in open fields. After the end of the season, training will be transferred to indoor facilities. Children will be engaged in two age groups of 7-9 years and 10-12 years.

One of the main features of the program is that the training will be conducted free of charge. All necessary sports equipment (clubs, balls) will also be provided free of charge. The training will be conducted by qualified trainers with extensive work experience.

The President of the Golf Federation of Kazakhstan, Berik Kaniyev, noted: "We strive to create a favorable environment for the development of golf in Kazakhstan and our attention to young players is an important step in this direction. We hope that the Children's Golf School will become a wonderful playground for children who want to master this game and succeed in it."

The children's golf school offers children a unique opportunity to acquire skills in this sport. Golf, included in the Olympic Games program, has great potential in Kazakhstan and the Children's Golf School will contribute to the development and education of talented domestic athletes.
